Inspirational Card Using CTMH Dream Pop Paper and Cricut Artiste Cartridge

Hi all you fabulous crafters out there!!  I am so excited to finally create something with my gorgeous CTMH "Dream Pop" paper packet.  It is fabulous!  See information below and pictures of the colors, patterns, etc.  12 shimmering cardstock pages and 12 pattern papers.

I chose A Day For Daisy "Holding A Flower" Digi image; which I think is adorable.  This was a little challenging for me since I have trouble figuring out how to use lace; but ribbon and lace!!  I think my card turned out pretty good after all.  I love the bright bold colors found in CTMH "Dream Pop" paper.  The word "Beautiful" is part of one of the pages in the paper pack.

Thank You Swing Card Using CTMH Dream Pop Paper,Cricut Artiste and Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridges

 Hello all you wonderful people!!  I hope your weather is doing better now and hopefully the winter is behind all of you; at least in most of the US.  Overseas - I do not know their weather.  It has been beautiful spring weather here in Southern CA.  It was hot for several days and then got cooler for a while. 

I decided to create another Swing card from the Cricut Artiste Cartridge with my CTMH Dream Pop paper and a white card base.  These are such fun cards to create.  I was trying something different this time.  I know it is easy to create one with CTMH double sided design paper; but I wasn't sure what it would look like with to start with plain white card stock.  I don't think it is too bad; but I love the ones with lots of color. This is very simple but with a little color.  I hope you enjoy it.

Paper - CTMH Dream Pop
Card Base is cut from Cricut Artiste (Swing card) pg. 52; Accent 3 at 5 1/2 inches.  The square to go with it is cut from Cricut Art Philosophy, pg. 53; Square 4 at 2 1/2 inches.  There are several to choose from.

Mother's Day Swing Cards Using Cricut Artiste and Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridges

DT Project For Tammy's Scrapin Corner Challenge #61 - Theme Mother's Day

I had so much fun creating this card that I decided to create two Swing cards.  One of my winners/customers told me about the Swing cards on the Cricut Artiste Cartridge; so I had to try it.  I actually cut several different card bases and will be showing them at a later date.  The first card I created was for my Mother and the second one is for my daughter.  Our CTMH double sided papers are fabulous for the Swing card.  It is an easy card to make; but I want to try some different ways to decorate it for the other ones. 

There are 9 different patterns on page 52 of the Cricut Artiste handbook.  Each one has a matched shape from either the Cricut Art Philosophy or the Cricut Artiste Cartridges.  The overall size of the card is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 making the card a 4 1/4 by 5 1/2.  Rebecca, another CTMH consultant developed a chart with size and shapes, page numbers, etc. for each of these cards.  Click here to see her creations and click here for the PDF file she created.  Have fun creating.
 
I chose QKR Stampede Roses for my image this week.  I colored my roses to match the paper.  I hope you enjoy these two cards.  I found a very cute Mother's Day sentiment for the front that you can get free from Hannelie at her Desert Diva website.  There are several Mother's Day sentiments on that first link and many more sentiments on the 2nd link.  She has some really awesome sentiments.  Enjoy.
